Absolutely brilliant fan, very powerful and well worth the money 10/10

Initial product that was sent the buttons for the first two of three fan speeds stopped working. If you have the technical know how, I imagine it would be reasonably easy to fix as well as the control box is easy to remove and open. However I do not and after contacting the seller, they quickly sent a replacement! Overall the fan is good. Fairly light weight and no-nonsense buttons. It is somewhat loud, but not more than you'd expect from a fan this size. Replacement fan has been working fine since receiving it, mostly only use the 1st setting as it is effective while keeping the volume down.

Absolutely amazing it did come a day late but I had to get it due to the sudden rise in temperatures, great for pets to cool down and to cool off a room. It is loud but not too loud it’s what you expect from this fan it was already put together only had to screw in the stand that took 2 seconds

This is really good and it exceeded my expectations. Performance is superb and great cooling effect.

Paid £69.00 for a 20 inch fan. On reciept the fan is fully assembled but there is no protective packing in the box just a plastic bag. As a result the front grill was detatched from the main body and there was evidence of bent ribs. I later noticed that the blades are significantly shorter than the cage that surounds them. on measuring the blades i discovered that the blades only measure 17.5 inches accross so this is NOT a 20 inch fan it is at best 18 inshes. the manufacturer just pretends it is, charges a premium and hopes no one notices. Compared to a similar 18 inch fan i recently purchased for almost half the price. It is smaller, noisier and provides noticeably less air flow. On the whole this fan is at best of mediocre quality and does not justify the asking price compared with similar products on the market, Spend your hard earned cash on a more honest product!

Why did you choose this product over others?: It looked rather modern . Only three stars as there were no instructions about how to construct the stand., I worked it out but it was difficult and tricky to attach.
