Not hard at all. You can just start with one corner and peel it away. It is not glued,

Can someone tell me which side goes on the glass. Is it the side with the backing paper or us the backing paper in the outside

The side you take the paper off. Is the side you stick on the window. Stick the privacy paper to the top of the window.. And gradually take the backing paper off.... And push the air bubbles out I love the effect on my window

Can you see the colours from the outside as well when sunny?

I can’t, I can only see them from the inside but it still looks fab.

Has anyone used this on outside? Does it withstand the rain?

I think as there is no adhesive that it would just slide off the window if put outside in the rain.
