This helped so much in my late pregnancy and postpartum. Feels super soft on your skin while being beneficial health wise. It helped with relaxing my muscles when I suffered restless leg syndrome and postpartum it really sped up the healing process. I still use now 4 months on as it makes me feel like I’m in a spa with the quality and smell. Recommend!

Really helped with the healing process after labour. A little expensive and probably could have got a similar product for less but wasn’t sure about ingredients so just decided to stick with this as it was a recommendation.

This is a nice item postpartum and smells really nice. It’s also incredibly relaxing. However, it is pricey for what it is and you’re better off with Epsom bath salts.

One of the products I am so glad I bought whilst pregnant. It's not a fad - it really does work. The spray absolutely saved me postpartum (I went through a mini-sized bottle within one week) and I bought this set just after giving birth to help with healing. The bath salts worked brilliantly and the size of this spray bottle is much better than the one I initially bought. Well worth the money. I would highly recommend to any expectant mothers.

I use one tea spoon for sitz bath (the one that goes on the toilet seat) to manage severe piles in pregnancy. It helped reduce the size of the piles and avoid an infection. I can’t confirm it’s due to the salt or the sitz bath itself, but am enjoying it so far.

Even if you are not pregnant, or healing from childbirth it helps so much with everything else. Also it smells amazing. Would recommend.
