Good quality and tasty!
The product itself does not disappoint one bit. Crunchy, nutty and a mouthful takes me back to my childhood days in Kohima, Nagaland. The price is quite high for this small quantity, however with the long journey it takes to reach urban users like me from the colder hilly region to reach us, I would understand the price point! Thanks for bringing us the goodness of the hills...

Rancid seeds, very unhealthy .
Rancid seeds. Obviously very old. Packing date was erased so I could not see when they were packaged but when I tasted them they were awful and they smelled like paint. This is exactly how AI said rancid seeds would taste and smell. I bought another brand that were fresh and really good tasting, packed a month ago and this confirmed the conclusion that Shiva Organic seeds were very old.Rancid seeds like this cause inflammation and oxide free radicals which can cause cancer. Do not buy this brand.

I got these spices and ghee at such good deal, its always a good idea to buy all organic products from shiva organic. Inpressive, looking forwards for more quality combos.

Quality
The quality is very poor, and it doesn’t give a good taste, which ruins the salad. I recommend buying it from Farmers of Meghalaya they have excellent variety of perilla seeds.
