Awesome Laptop
I am very happy with this laptop so far, I use it mostly to be in Second Life. Very fast, easy to use. Battery does go fast when not plugged in, but that's fine.

Poor experience
Item was not as advertised. Item was used, did not have wifi capability and needed to be factory reset to remove the already existing profile from the unit. Unable to get a replacement because of the stores policy.

Great Laptop for the Price
Nice looking laptop, and it works well. For the price, I don't know if you can beat it. It can play quite a few games, as long as it's not some high end game, you can probably play it. Most of your FPS games are fine.

charger didn't last
after 14 months the charger quit working. with more memory its not that bad for the price

Runs hot and make sure you pay attention to price
This computer is supposed to have extra cooling but it gets really hot. Also I bought this and just a few days later Amazon listed the price for $100 cheaper 😒

Tube que comprar un cooler pad para que no se calenitente tanto de ahí todo bien se puede jugar muchos juegos con calidad alta no ultra pero se ve ya bastante bien formatearla es todo un rollo su placa base no viene con drivers de fabrica eso si bastante mal tienes que ponerlos de primera en el USB booteable sino nada jala ni el administrador de discos ni el touchpad ni el teclado eso muy mal de Msi
