Cascadian Farm, Granola Cinnamon Apple No Added Sugar, 11 Ounce

Loved this granola! But free and no added sugar! It is so hard to find a granola like this in the grocery store. Love the taste.

I put this granola on my vanilla yogurt and it's so good and is the best tasting granola as a topping. It does not have nuts, which is great for people like me with tree nut allergies. So many other granolas have nuts mixed in them. The quality is fresh and well made and is not sugary. I wish it had more apples in it, but I bought some dried apple crisps and mix it in - sooo delicious!

I liked the fact that the date powder added only mild sweetness as it is difficult to find granola without sugar whether sugary ingredients likes dates or cranberries or raisins or other sweeteners. However, very few dried apples are included in the bag and I have purchased at least 4 bags. I became increasingly disappointed. I liked the overall taste, but it is not accurately described as Cinnamon Apple Cereal. There was very little cinnamon flavor and the apples non existent.

After recently trying a soft baked granola and loving it I went on a mission to find more. In addition I try to stick to low carb/keto/sugar free. While I didn't find many soft baked I came across the Cascadian Farm Apple cinnamon. Although it wasn't low carb it was sugar free and healthy. I typically don't eat granola as a cereal but instead I eat it as a snack. I knew right away i wanted to eat it as a cereal. I wear an upper denture but when home I eat without it so the softer the better. This granola doesn't have big clusters which makes it a finer texture which is great for me. My plan was to add the milk and let it soften before eating but that wasn't necessary at all!! I was able to eat it right away. Even the big dried apple pieces. It has the right combination of apple and cinnamon While allowing you to also taste the oat and grains. I am a sweet lover so I did add a couple of teaspoons of Truvia. I only planned on eating a small bowl because of the carb/calorie count but that didn't happen!! I ended up eating a little more but I definitely wanted more! Cost: Some granola can be expensive but the cost of this can't be beaten. I am SO glad I gave this a try and will definitely be buying more, more and more!! Thank you Cascadian Farm for making an all around great product!!

This is by far my most favorite granola. It’s low in sugar and tastes amazing.

Why did you change the recipe?? Way too many rice puffs now. :( the taste and texture is not the same. Sad I was going through a bag a week and now this last bag I bought, has been just sitting in the back of my cupboard… If you change the recipe back and it cost a little more, let me know and I’ll order again.
