Comes apart to easy
This are great just wish that they didn't come apart so easy and hard to put back together once they do come apart this is just a quick thing I wouldnt buy it for myself again maybe en for a first aid kit maybe but for something serious like stopping a blood flow I wouldn't recommend it cause they come apart to easy

Not sure how effective they really are
I got these for my emergency medical bag and euthanasias when I'm having to hold off the vein for blood draws and IV injections when I am alone as the others are sometimes difficult to release quickly with one hand in a smooth fashion. I have found though that these don't stay tight around the leg very well.
