As an Italian, espresso is not just a drink, it’s a daily ritual, and Caffè Borbone “Mia Napoli” capsules deliver it perfectly. For many years, I used the same brand in plastic capsules, but I decided to switch because they were individually wrapped in too much plastic, and the coffee didn’t flow as smoothly as it should. Since switching to these aluminium capsules, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. There’s no more wasted water in my espresso machine, before I had to empty it after just two coffees, but now I can wait until the pod slot is full. The coffee flows perfectly every time, the texture is smooth, and the taste is excellent. I tried the tasting pack first, and Napoli quickly became my favorite because it is the strongest of the three, but all the flavors are smooth and tasty, and it’s nice to switch things up sometimes. The packaging is another big plus. It’s very compact, taking up minimal space, where I previously stored 100 capsules, I can now fit 600. Everything is organized and easy to handle. Honestly, I cannot find any real faults. Maybe the price is slightly high, but if bought on sale, it is a fantastic value. Overall, these capsules make every espresso effortless and enjoyable, they solve the problems of my previous capsules, taste amazing, and fit perfectly into a busy routine. I would highly recommend them to anyone serious about their coffee.

I think these guys used to make capsules for Amazon, they've changed the design now but it was identical. As for the taste, much better than the cheap stuff they were making for Amazon. Not as smooth as a branded Nespresso but a decent cup for a decent price.

Nice coffee, but my Lor machine struggles with it a bit, might be tight packed in the pods, nice coffee though.

WARNING! Recipe/ strength change! Why?? It's no longer the feisty Napoli flavour I remember from Italy. Such a shame as used to be my favourite coffee pod. Used to be Body/Strength/Sweetness 8/8/8.5, ( and is STILL described as that in the item description) now not as strong or feisty: 7/7/6. Had to return as not as described (contrary to Sale of Goods Act..)

Delicious coffee. Great customer service. They went above and beyond when my order got messed up and I received the wrong coffee. The right kind came a few days later. My husband and I spent a month in Italy and the espresso from Napoli was our favorite.

Da grande amante del caffè napoletano, aspettavo con curiosità questa versione in alluminio della Miscela Mia Napoli. Dopo aver consumato un paio di astucci, posso dire che Borbone ha fatto centro. ☕ Esperienza Gustativa La Miscela Mia Napoli è intensa, corposa e con quella cremina persistente che ti aspetti da un vero espresso del sud. Ha note di cioccolato e un retrogusto tostato che non risulta mai troppo amaro. La forza è equilibrata: dà la carica senza essere "bruciato". 📦 Materiali e Compatibilità Il passaggio all'alluminio è il vero punto di svolta: Erogazione perfetta: A differenza delle capsule in plastica che a volte sforzano la pompa della macchina, queste scivolano via senza problemi. Preservazione dell'aroma: L'alluminio sigilla meglio il caffè. Appena si apre la confezione (molto elegante, tra l'altro), il profumo è decisamente più intenso rispetto alle versioni classiche. Sostenibilità: Sono più facili da riciclare rispetto alle vecchie capsule in plastica e alluminio accoppiati. ✅ Pro e Contro PRO: Compatibilità 10/10 con macchine Nespresso, crema densa, confezioni da 10 capsule molto pratiche (non occupano spazio). CONTRO: Leggermente più costose della linea in plastica, ma la differenza di gusto e salute della macchina giustifica la spesa. 🏁 Conclusione Se cercate un caffè che non abbia nulla da invidiare alle capsule originali Nespresso, ma con il carattere deciso di Borbone, questo kit da 100 è l'acquisto ideale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per essere capsule in alluminio.

Wir trinken gerne und oft Espresso … Diese Kapseln haben einen tollen, intensiven Geschmack, nicht zu sauer, nicht bitter und eine schöne Crema. Er taugt auch als Ristretto aber mir ist das immer zu schade weil da halt doch eher wenig in der Tasse ist.😅 Alles in allem eine tolle und leckere Alternative zu einem Espresso aus der Siebträgermaschine. Trifft unseren Geschmack zu 100%.
