Great bike for us big gals!
UPDATE: I've had it for a bit now, and I can say that yeah, just like the other reviews, the battery life isn't as great as it claims to be, and when the battery is down to half, it's much harder to pedal. THAT BEING SAID: I'm still super happy with my purchase. It gets me home in 15 minutes, versus the couple of hours it usually takes me to walk, with the fibro. The only other thing that bothers me is the fenders are *super* rattly/loud, but that's really just a noise/cosmetic issue. Nbd! Don't mind the terrible video with me complaining about the seat, where you can't see anything but the road. I just wanted to show what it's like on the throttle! Okay, so, to start with - I am a fat girl. Not your average, "aw, chubby girls that weigh 5 pounds over the average are so cute!" fat, but the kind of fat that makes my kick more akin to a mule's after walking 4 miles back and forth to work for nearly 14 years. I was terrified I'd sit on this thing and crush it like an empty soda can, but to my surprise, there was no screaming death squeak as I sat in the saddle. The full suspension is truly a godsend, because I'm not sure what I'd do if I sat down and the wheels popped off and broke my neighbor's windows and/or his bones. Secondly: This thing hefts my 380 pound ass like I weigh NOTHING. I'm not kidding. I was afraid it would be a chore to get it moving, but the pedal assist works like a charm, and I hardly have to put forth any effort unless I want to, which is awesome! I have fibromyalgia, so I was nervous I'd get stranded somewhere if I wasn't able to pedal back, which brings me to my third point: the throttle on this bike is wonderful. You can go purely on electric, just by pulling the throttle on the handlebar back, and it zooms me along from a dead stop as fast as it would with a skinny person in the seat. I'm not afraid to go out for an exercise ride, or go to and from work, because I know I'll be able to make it back. The bike came with a rear rack, which was super nice and sturdy, some mirrors (which I couldn't fit on the bike...the clamps just didn't fit, or perhaps I am stupid and/or losing my mind after working for a place that rhymes with hallfart for so many years. Anyway! It also came with a bike lock and key, and a neat phone holder, which I used to hold my phone and listen to Saint Mesa loud enough to make my neighbors wonder who the watermelon shaped weirdo with the stuffed animal cat backpack zooming down the road was. The only downside I'm seeing is, one, the seat, even though I imagine quite comfortable for skinnier people, as it's VERY cushy, makes me feel like I've been hit in the coochie by a crowbar a few times for saying a bad word in front of somebody's southern grandma - but like I said, that's likely just because I'm fat. Nothing a gel seat cover won't fix, for some extra padding! The second downside is, the wheel popped out of it's casing a few times before I was able to really get it to stay in there, which is worrisome, but fine I guess if it doesn't happen again. In that case, perhaps I will lay on the floor for two weeks and cry. I'm really happy with this purchase, but I've also only had it for a couple of days. I'll come update this review in a month or two after I've gone back and forth to work with it for awhile!

Great all around bike
The battery life is not bad at all, after assembly and the battery had a full charge I put it to the test i'm a long distance rider for a 66 year old and in 3 days on the first assist at 11 miles per hour and with 2 cells left on the battery I am at 93 miles and that's on open road slight grades. The seat is a soft vinyl with lots of cush the rear shock is very stiff I will be changing it out. The assembly was a piece of cake I did turn the gooseneck around to bring the handle bars a little closer to me so my hand don't get numb. The readout is great easy to use had to adjust the gears now there smooth and no skiping. I don't see a need for the twist grip speed control of the higher assist levels I just needed a comfortable ride and for bikepacking for camping and bike can do the job. Very happy camper.🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴

Impressive Electric Mountain Bike!
I recently purchased the DAMSON Electric Bike 1000W 48V with the 20AH/17.5Ah removable battery, and I'm thrilled with my choice. This bike's performance is outstanding. The 1000W motor provides plenty of power for steep hills and smooth acceleration on flat terrain. It's perfect for both my daily commute and leisurely rides. The long-range capability is impressive, and I've been able to cover long distances without worrying about battery life. The removable battery is a game-changer. It offers a long-lasting charge, and I can easily charge it separately. The convenience this provides is a significant plus. I rarely need to recharge during rides, thanks to the excellent battery life. The build quality is sturdy, and the bike feels well-constructed. The frame design is stylish and functional, although it's a bit heavy. Nevertheless, it's a reasonable trade-off considering the bike's power and features. The comfort of the bike is exceptional. The adjustable seat and suspension system ensure a smooth and comfortable ride, even on rough terrain. The DAMSON Electric Bike comes with all the features I need, including a bright LED headlight, horn, and an informative LCD display. The electric-assist mode and throttle are user-friendly, providing flexibility in how I ride. In conclusion, the DAMSON Electric Bike 1000W 48V 20AH/17.5Ah Removable Battery is an excellent investment. It's powerful, efficient, and delivers a comfortable riding experience. Whether for commuting or leisure, this electric mountain bike has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Junk Motor
39.4 easy bikepath miles and the motor stopped working. Battery is fully charged and accessories still work but motor does not engage. Do not recommend to others. Its a shame the bike was well built and handled very smooth.

Great Bike, FUN Exercise
I really like the bike. I just wish it came with more info. The rear suspension is stiff and I can't tell how to adjust it. I do like though, I just can't tell how to get the max comfort for my style of cruiser. This comes with some instructions but no in depth owners manual. I could really use a service manual. They have videos on YouTube on how to assemble but nothing on how to make adjustments. I really like the bike. The rear suspension is stiff and I can't tell how to adjust it. I do like it though just can't tell how to get the max comfort for my style of cruiser trail riding. I worked on the rear suspension and bought handle bar riser and now I'm loving it. It looks bad ass and I've had it up to 34mph. pedaling.

Absolutely thrilled with our DAMSON Electric Bike! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We loved my bike so much we bought a second! From its comfortable ride to its impressive durability on any terrain, this e-bike has exceeded our expectations. The top speed of 28 mph is perfect for cruising around Fort Novosel, and the 118-mile long range means we can explore for hours without worrying about battery life. The added features like lights, horn, and phone holster make every ride convenient and safe. Plus, the ability to easily load groceries with saddle bags is a game-changer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile electric bike!

Poor owners manual
I have ridden the bike a bit and think it will be good. Power assist 1 seems fast to me but I'm old. That's not what I decided to write thought. The assembly instructions and owners manual are one of the worst I have seen come out of china. I am old 69 and so maybe stuck in my ways but I like a clean step by step story of how to put it together, turn it on and use the item. I kinda think this is what an owners manual is all about. The assembly isn't that hard to figure out but the manual should be a fall back at least giving you all the steps. This is a random single page of small photos and a sentence or two. Then! when you do navigate through all that and push the power button the control screen comes up with a view that isn't in the manual at all. 18P and a blinking cursor. There is nothing to indicate a password needs to be entered. The users manual has a blue line saying Boot Password: but since there are no steps no order to anything it is easy to miss at least for me. My mind when to what does 18P mean and that isn't mentioned anywhere. Not even the several review articles which put some time into assembly mentioned the need for password entry or where to find it. My son who is much more intuitive than I might have recognized it quicker but it took me several hours. Nothing on the internet. Now online expanded manual. No easy access to the company. Just keep looking eventually the blue line and the number of spaces clicked but why make it hard. We just spent good money why do we have to be subjected to a hunt and peck experience? Then it doesn't end there. the answer the owners manual suggests to all problems is to contact customer service but that contact information isn't in the manual it is on the card that falls out of the manual titled after-sale service. They carefully tell you you have 30 days, and provide an email. We will see what the turn around time is (since my control module bracket was broken out of the box) at the bottom of the back page of the card they say 'contact us by phone or email. But the email is in another place on the card, and there is no phone number anywhere. As I have said I'm old but what is the motivation for making this otherwise slick documentation so random and difficult?
