Awesome Pressure Washer
TLDR; I love this pressure washer. Why didn't I buy this sooner?! I had borrowed a gas-powered one from a friend, but I stopped working while I was trying to use it. There were a lot of potential reasons why (old gas, spark plugs, air filter, etc.), but I didn't want to spend a lot of time figuring out what was wrong. I was impatient so I considered buying a pressure washer from Lowes before deciding to purchase this one. I am glad I had the patience to wait and opted for it! My main motivation for getting an electric pressure washer is the ease of use and maintenance compared to a gas-powered model. When I used my friend's pressure washer, I was not impressed by how heavy, noisy, and smelly it was. There might be situations where being tethered to a power cord is undesirable but in my case, I had no problems with it. In fact, I find my hose length to be more of a limiting factor. So far, I love using this little pressure washer! Since this was my first pressure washer, I was nervous at first. I had problems with maintaining the pressure initially, but that was because the connection to the hose was a little leaky. After I made sure to tighten everything up, it worked like a charm! I have been using the pressure washer for a few weeks now, and I had problems maintaining the pressure, but it turns out I had a hole in my hose! After I replaced the hose, it worked as it should. Things I love about this pressure washer: It's noticeably quieter than the gas-powered version I tried. I wear ear protection for comfort (I'm sensitive to noise in general), but I have also used it without the earmuffs and it was fine. (The pressure washer comes with a sticker that says 98 dB, but I have no way of testing it.) There are no fumes, which is a major plus for me since I also suffer from asthma. It is lightweight. The gas-powered model was very heavy and large. I feel like I get a comparable amount of power but in a much smaller package. I can easily lift and maneuver the washer as needed. It does have a tendency to tip over, but that does not affect the performance at all. Finally, I really love the reel for the hose. At the end of the day, putting things away feels like a pain. That's why it's nice to have things as easy as possible. The hose is quite long and can get tangled so it's good to have a way to keep it tidy. Pressure Washing The washer is powerful! It can take paint off, especially if the paint is already flaking to begin with, but I find you need to be pretty close to the surface to do that. This is great if you're trying to prep a surface to be painted over since you need to remove the old paint as much as possible. I have only used three out of the four nozzles. The last nozzle might be a lot more powerful, but I haven't tried it personally. I did try this out on my doormat, and I was surprised at how much dirt came out! I've also tried this on fabrics. A word of caution, you can blow a hole through fabrics pretty easily. It's best to keep several inches away and to keep moving. In other words, staying in one spot for too long is a good way to make a hole in fabrics! However, if you can manage to keep your distance and pace, you'll find that it cleans fabrics like a champ. I have some outdoor furniture that looks like new despite being outdoors for years. It even took the lichen off! If you're nervous about trying this on your car, I find that it is about as powerful as the coin-operated washes. Again, the distance will determine the pressure exerted. I have used this washer to wash the car about three times as of this writing. It makes short work of that chore! I have used the pressure washer on the house, and that takes more time to do a thorough job, but that's to be expected. Having a pressure washing solution helped take off stubborn grime. One area this pressure washer shines is cleaning my garden tools. I should be better about maintenance, but cleaning the dirt off has always been a pain. Now my tools are clean and in good condition! I'm very happy about that. Another area is in plastic items. Everything I've washed so far is very close to new looking. I was shocked at how much of a difference it made! The only complaint I have is I wish there was a place on the washer to store the unused nozzles. I'm afraid I will lose them if I'm not careful. But for the price, this is very minor. I'll try to post pictures once I get a chance. (I always forget to take the "before" pictures, so I need to find more things to wash...)

I wanted to love this little pressure washer.... but...
it did not last over 8 hours. (three separate uses). The item is light weight which I liked just because its so easy to move around. It cleaned adequately... I do not need a super powerful washer, so for my needs it did the trick. As mentioned, the issue is it crapped out on the third use. Seemed to be doing ok, but then the motor started groaning and the pressure was no longer there. I am the type of person who looks after my things, so when items do break, it's definitely a produce issue, not a mis-use issue. Now because I know it was not super expensive, part of me wondered if it would last. (have to admit, I thought it should last longer than a total of 8 hours)... but due to my intuitive mind, I purchased the 4 year protection plan. They have not been helpful at all. When I opened the claim, they said they were going to find a repair person to come out. (as if).... no repair people are going to make a house call to fix an inexpensive power washer without costing as much as the washer itself. The protection firm also said someone would call me in two business days... but nope. Not a word. It looks like I will have to make time to phone these people. Not what I had in mind. Anyway... roll your dice.. or don't. Or go to Costco and get one, at lease you know you will be able to take it back no questions asked if it does break... not be stuck with something indefinitely despite buying the ridiculous plan. There you have it folks... flip a coin.

Grea potential with cheap plastic parts
Update- parts have broken on this a couple times and the finally upgraded an elbow mentioned below to metal. Customer service has been great about sending new parts to fix. Great little machine. Upgraded to 4 stars because of customer service. For the price point, im happy with it. Pro... good pressure, light and easy to use. Very effective Con..cheap plastic parts on the hose reel that's high pressure. Bought one and the elbow from pump to hose reel cracked on 3rd use. Sent it back and got new one. Worked great for a month or so and same part has failed again. Cant believe they dont use a cheap metal part for this. It wouls be a 5 star review in my opinion.

No Pressure Returned Immediately
My pressure washer arrived Overall took less than 20 minutes to unbox, assemble, and set up for first use. The instructions are definitely a less is more kinda thing so took me a moment. However was very simple for a first timer like myself. But the pressure was terrible! My hose with a spray nozzle produced so much more power than this did with any of the tips...I will be sending it back not worth it for anything. Pros- Compact and light weight definitely cosmetically more appealing than others I have seen. Easy to set up and use. Came with 2 additional attachments a brush and a detergent container. The container is very small and I will probably want to get a larger however as an additional for the low cost it was great. Also came with 4 type of tips. Cons- EXTREMELY WEAK. I Would of liked more information for using tips however was super quick google. If I was a manufacturer the only thing I would change is make the handle/wheel system have an extendable handle. Orange liquid on the items while unboxing (was quick wipe up) and one random wire piece in with instructions unsure the use and its not mentioned in the instructions assuming not needed its in photos if anyone because we never found out. The maneuverability is good overall 4/5 stars due to its compact size however its almost too compact its uncomfortable to hold the handle while walking due to so low. Whole unit stands under 2.5 feet or less than 1 meter tall. While I'm a rather short individual it would still be better suited for me to hold while walking if handle extend up by another 6 inches. However is very lightweight so easy to pick up and carry. Small issue with unboxing was some strange orange liquid on things wiped off easily so I didnt make a big issue over it but I worry it may cause issues if its an oil? If anyone has an idea what that was please let me know. Overall 1/5 We got it for a particular project and loved the affordable price but its no where near what it should be. Honestly I am expecting it to to of been broken maybe because the idea that it was working that horribly and it wasn't due to a broken machine is a joke. I couldnt see myself trying any wholesun products in the future.
