Overall a good sourdough bread blade
Good blade, used for sourdough. Although needs practice to perfect a decent score.

Comfy to hold and works with 'branded' 'Sword' blades too.
Note, the famous branded 'Sword' razor blades fit into this device, if you find the supplied ones too blunt. Honestly I am yet to find a good way to score my loaves. With this device, you effectively have to use the corner of the razor. I found doing multiple very light passes the most effective method that limited raking. While just holding a razor blade is probably just as effective to achieve the score, using this tool is nice and feels tactile. Plus washing the blade after use is much easier when it is attached to a handle. I use this for scoring my loaves now, in preference to just holding a razor blade or using other devices.

Does what it says on the tin. The leather pouch is good, although does slip off quite easily. Comes with extra blades

Does the job!
Good for the price but, as others have said, the blades aren’t very sharp. If you wanted to do detailed scoring on your dough probably best to buy proper razor blades.
