A coating is of course provided but the water repelling property is not commendable.Even after several coats given over a period of several days only 30% visibility is attained at windscreen/ back glass/windows.Rather repeated up-down manoeuvre works better at the window part.The driving mirrors continue to remain unclear for driving.A better useful chemical should be searched to serve the purpose.

I have used it so many times on my sunroof and windshield, it works flawlessly to remove every stain from my glass. Absolutely value for money product.
