Wanted something to help with my over all well-being. This looked like a great product to do just that coving my gut health, cognitive health, heart health and help with energy levels. I'm getting on with the product and seems to be working great! My favourite thing is that you can add the powder to anything porridge, shake etc... I like to add it to my tea which adds a tiny bit of sweetness from the natural prebiotic. Great product, will be using on an ongoing basis!

It's impossible to judge the effectiveness of a pre/probiotic fibrous complex in less than about 2-3 months, so let's not pretend otherwise. However, when such a product is sold as a free-flowing powder in daily sachets, it should at least flow when sachets are opened. Mine did not, so I cut open a few sachets to examine the contents in situ. I was surprised to find very little actual powder inside. Most of the contents were in sticky patches like moist icing off an iced cake. To me, that indicated poor quality control, as though the powder had been exposed to high humidity during manufacturing, or prompt sealing of the sachets had failed. I reported all this back to Amazon Customer Services who were naturally surprised. Although I had taken photos, Amazon did not want to see them, and processed an immediate refund. My message is therefore clear. Be careful that your expectations for this otherwise valuable product are fully met.

Great product

I have been using this product for sometime now, it has really settled my stomach, no more upset tummy! Well worth the expense.

Starting out, I am not basing my review on any medical claims or effects only the experience of taking the product. The box contains 30 individual sachets which you empty into a meal or drink. The sachets have a cut to enable you to tear them open, though I didn't find them easy to tear cleanly. Not a major issue though. The sachets are supposed to be flavourless, when I added a sachet to sparkling water, there was a very slight flavour which was similar to soda water. Added to milk or fruit juice would probably be undetectable. Even after stirring there was a small amount of powder in the bottom. I said I added to sparkling water, don't do this (probably any sparkling drink) as it just caused it to gas up and resulted in flat water.

This has really helped my gut health and knowing it has magnesium in it too is great. This is clearly a science led product which reassures me a lot. I sprinkle this in my tea in the morning or even mix it in my protein shake to get some prebiotic fibres in there. Health is most definitely wealth, would recommend adding to your daily supplement program.
