Great Product. Don't believe the bad reviews. Read why here.
This product works great and when you learn how to spin it up it creates a strong gyroscope force that really works out your hand, wrist, arm and shoulder muscles. It seems that most of the negative reviews are not from a defective device, but the reviewers are not taking the time to learn how to spin it up. It takes practice. It does not continue to spin on it's own, you must get your wrist motion in sync with the gyro, slowly spin it up, and keep it spinning using your muscles. It is a workout to spin at a high rate, which is very much faster than the starter spring gets it spinning, to keep it spinning for a few minutes as it creates a giant force. Great product.

Don’t buy it!
Had to return it. Could not get it to spin. Bunch of baloney! Save your hard earned money! Second one I got that did not work. I don’t believe it will improve hand strength even if it did work as it should.

Great gadget, pretty fun, does a nice gyro easily and winds easier than others
74yo female with mild hand arthritis and desire to increase hand strength> This was awesome for the great price of $14. It was easier to wind up than the other brand I bought for more, and it also wants to gyro much more easily so I can get it into the mojo pretty easily. Its fun for a hand and forearm workout. This one without the RPM counter is fine because I am more concerned about how long it goes in a smoothe gyro run than about anything else. I like the way the lights flash when I have it going right. It weighs slightly less than the other which is good.

A fun exercise tool that seems to actually work!
The ball itself is very high quality and sturdy. I found it a little tough to get going, but I found that "winding it up" by pulling it back quickly on a hard surface, like a wind-up toy car, would get it going well. It is amazing how much "burn" you feel in your hands and forearms. After a couple weeks of continuous use, I can feel my hands getting stronger for sure. The forearms are strengthening a little more slowly, but it seems like its working. It is far more entertaining that I would have imagined! You find yourself fidgeting with it for a while, and getting exercise at the same time. Definitely a good addition to any workout.

Works, but here is a tip
Just started using it, but I feel the difference after just a couple days. Pro Tip: After the second day of use, I couldn’t wind the internal wheel—it just spun freely. I returned it and ordered another one, but the replacement failed the very next day with the same issue: the internal wheel offered no resistance. Frustrated, I initiated a return and started looking at other brands, but they all seemed to come from the same manufacturer. After thinking about it for a bit, I realized it didn’t make sense that these would be so fragile and still be on the market. I took another look. I discovered that if I kept spinning the wheel in the direction of the arrow—as if winding it—after a minute or two it would eventually catch and begin winding the spring again. Once it did, the device worked normally. I now suspect that if you let the internal wheel “spin out” after use instead of stopping it with your finger, you may need to spin it for a while to re-engage the mechanism. I canceled the second return and will update if the issue comes back or can’t be resolved.

Loose center band
Generally good except the rubber band around the middle gets warm, loosens, and falls off during use. It needs a better band

Great Forearm exercise tool
I think it does not working first time and tried to return but it was my mistake. I watched You tube and follow the instruction. It works and it doesn't stop while I move circular motion. I usually stop due to I am not able to hold anymore. It really work for forearm. I do exercise upper part of my arm but no way to exercise forearm. It will be a great item. I recommend this for forearm but be careful due to it doesn't stop until you stop. It may hurt your wrist if you do over exercise.

Won’t work for me.
I cannot get this to work at all. I’ve read about others having a difficult time to get this going. I’m stuck in this stage!! I’m so disappointed!! I don’t know how to find out if I can still return this.
