Works well
These helped! It took about 5 weeks and then I noticed no more hot flashes. I have told all my family, friends and coworkers about it. Again it took at least 5 weeks and it was night and day difference.

Effective, a must on your supplement list
This product is great and every female should be taking maca. I’ve noticed a lot of improvements since I started about a month ago . Mental clarity, productive energy . Lots of more focus at the gym and less fatigue. Also PMS mood swings have severely decreased this month and I want to contribute this to the supplement along with other life style changes!!! I’d suggest start with 1 pill rather than the serving size of 2. I started with two and noticed some palpitations (I consume coffee and preworkout daily) . it increases libido too, it’s no joke .

Good Quality Maca Root
The Bronson Maca Root (Lepidium Meyenii) arrived quickly and in great condition. The capsules are easy to take, and overall the quality feels solid. Value for money: Good price for the amount and potency. Appetite suppressant: I haven’t noticed a major appetite change yet, but everyone responds differently. Nutrients: Provides a nice natural energy boost and supportive nutrients. Taste: No noticeable taste since the capsules go down easily. Quality: Clean, well-made supplement with reliable packaging. Effectiveness: Still early, but I’ve felt a slight increase in energy and general well-being. Overall, a good supplement if you’re looking to add Maca to your routine!

Smaller bottle/pills
I've been taking these for a while now and they seem to work as intended but this month I noticed that the pills are smaller and also the bottle. I'll continue to take them and see if I noticed any changes. My pics won't upload.

Very effective
After taking the recommended dose consistently, I began noticing a subtle but noticeable improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity. Maca root is known for its adaptogenic properties, and I felt a positive shift in my ability to handle stress. I also noticed a slight improvement in my mood and overall well-being. Though not a dramatic change, it certainly helped me feel more balanced and energized throughout the day. Great for women going through menopause.

I have struggled with my cycles and heard this is good to help regulate. Tried it, nothing happened... will have to do more research
