This phone is a great buy.It’s size works for everybody to use which makes it easy to use for all even first time users. It’s fairly speedy and doesn’t lag often and connects to the internet easily.All data from previous Samsung phones is easy to transfer (like Apps,Photos,Passwords ,etc) which is very helpful. The battery life for this phone is decent and long lasting & it charges well in good time also.The camera is amazing for pictures and has high definition and great quality. It’s not possible to comment on the video quality as this was a gift and hasn’t been tested for video however it’s easy to assume it’s also good.It has 64GB so there’s more than enough storage for users who don’t have a lot of apps and doesn’t fill up very fast. It’s great value for money and is a good product for all users hoping for a long lasting, quality phone. I recommend also purchasing a screen protector because so far there have been no cracks to the screen but the phone is definitely sturdy which helps.Would recommend!

Nice colour mobile phone good quality photos and is good quality

We were looking to replace a broken smart phone on the cheap and this is a pleasant and functional option. I was really pleased with the price (our local 2nd hand place was selling it for more) and the speed of delivery. It is pretty complicated to set up and I find it too heavy to make long calls on, but in every other way it is smart and comprehensive.

It has access to all the latest and modern apps and updates regularly. My teenagers both have it and love them. Connects to WiFi and hot spots no problem the screen size us perfect and battery life is better than alot of other phones on a budget.

Really good phone for the price, latest android model with all the specs a average person would need.Maybe a bit fat, but if you buy a nice phone cover, you don't notice its a bit thicker then the average smartphone . I am very happy with phone

I wanted a mobile phone which had quick and lots of features, a long-lasting battery, a nice colour and comfortable feel. This Samsung is the best mobile I've bought. It looks far more expensive than what I paid. I read other reviews and the only two negatives seemed to be (1) no charger (2) can't pay for items with it. As I already have chargers and as I don't use my smartphone to pay for things, I am delighted.Thank you

Phone came well packaged and arrived 2 days after ordering via Royal Mail.Easy to set up, bit bigger than I expected. Fast charging time but I did buy a separate charger after reading reviews about the C to C charger included in the box.Battery lasts longer than any other phone I've had. Really pleased with purchase.

Bought this phone as a gift. Was advertised and sold as NEW. Product arrived with packaging unsealed. Phone is in very good condition visually. Screen looks new. Box inner packing is like new except Samsung use stickers / plastic in their phones and this is in loose plastic sleeve. The box is not sealed as a new phone would be. The give away is the back of the phone, which is plastic and fairly cheaply made on this budget design has clear scratches. Admitedly they're hardly visible.But, this is a refurbished phone and the supplier has not been helping by lying about this. I used to be a senior director at the UK's largest telephone distributor specialising in phone Insurance and recycling of trade in phones for Apple and Samsung. Amazon should investigate this seller and stop them selling on their platform.
