It's a great product, it's the second time I've ordered. I absolutely recommend it.I take half tea spoon in the morning on empty stomach and half tea spoon in the evening before dinner. I can see the benefits in energy levels and gut health.

I have never had bee pollen before so I didn’t really know what to expect, I was nearly put off by a review complaining about insects and bits of insects in their packet, but as it had so many other good reviews and seemed to be good value compared to a lot of the others I gave it the benefit of the doubt, I check very spoonful before it goes on my breakfast, but I can honestly say it is clean and I haven’t found as much as a tiny bug leg.Taste wise it is very pleasant, hard to describe, like sunshine, flowers and a hint of honey, also very nice in natural yogurt with a spoonful of raw wild honey, no bitterness or dirt (as someone else in the comments complained about) I definitely recommend this one

Opened the packet and it smells fishy - this isn’t how bee pollen should smell. Tastes foul. Was in date as well. Won’t be buying this product again

Not for me bitter to the taste and tried once and threw it away. Not as sweet as I’m used to with lots of black and brown pieces. Will go back to my usual brand. Tried this because of price but you get what you pay for I suppose
