I don't know why you look at your hands and feel like surely no one else has this problem. I've had an outdoor, manual labor job now for the last 15 years or so and possess multiple callouses on each hand. I've never been a fan of using the chemical removers like the manicure shop uses on my hands like they do on my feet... so, I've used pumice stones in the shower, which doesn't go that deep... a nail clipper maybe first to get the bulk of them off, then maybe a pumice stone and then later and Emory board to smooth everything... but, that's such a hassle... I've tried all kinds of lotions, creams, hand salves... and nothing has really worked well or for very long. So, I'm giving this a go. I got the bundle with the tool, extra sanders, and the healing salve. My initial impression is how well the metal grater worked at getting the bulk of the skin off, you just grind it to the level you want, then flip the tube over and use the coarse sander. I did find this end to be quite hard, but apparently hard is what you need to get in there and smooth out your hands. After this step I had bits of skin sticking up in one area that I just kept rubbing and those bits were not going away or coming completely off... so, I had to get out an Emory board - which even a "coarse" board is softer than the sander provided - and then my hands smoothed out nicely. I did use the hand salve from the kit which is in a chapstick form, and it smells really nice and left my hands feeling soft. The idea here, for me anyway, is to get to the point where I no longer am embarrassed by my rough hands and somehow heal my hands and prevent these callouses altogether. So, I'm trying some other moisturizing products as well and am going to use some fresh aloe gel too. The hope is that once the corns are reduced to the core level that the aloe can get in there and heal the skin. But, for its purposes, this has provided me with truly diminished callouses and very soft hands for the first time in years! And, for that alone I've added it to my subscriptions for now. I'm impressed that such a small tool can and did do so much. When done, pull off the sander cap and empty out the tube (use it over a towel as not all the removed skin goes in the tube), clean the metal tip with a bit of soap and warm water, it does not come off so take the sander off first, then clean it.. let dry and store in a cool dry place. I will update this review when I see how long this lasts... maybe? I might just not need that subscription. Fingers crossed xx

I started crossfit in October 2019 and have ripped many calluses since then. This item is perfect for easy shaving and smoothing calluses. The shaving is not painful and takes seconds. The sandpaper is a great tool to smooth out the calluses as well. It is well priced and super convenient for storage. It is very small and so easy to clean. This is perfect for someone looking for a small callus remover to keep in their bag that gets the job done in a fair amount of time.

It works fine for those rougher bigger spots. But for smaller areas it can scratch normal skin. The smoothing end doesn't do a perfect job but does get the job done. And the healing balm works perfectly! Not sticky and smells nice

Horrible. Just rips up the dead/dry skin leaving so many jagged skin pieces. Smoothing part didn’t smooth those out. Just left my calluses in terribly uncomfortable and ugly shape

I do CrossFit at least five times a week and had horrible callus buildup. This product has helped me file my calluses way down without getting rid of them so I don’t have to worry so much about rips or losing my grip. Another reviewer mentioned that this was just a file and stainless steel with holes poked in it. That may be true but I certainly don’t have time or supplies to make something like this myself. I imagine if I tried to make one of my own the holes would come out too sharp and rip my hands. This product is well worth the value and is small enough to work on smaller hands, like mine. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with calluses who wants to keep their hands from ripping, remove calluses safely, and still keep some smooth callus. As a tip, I find it helpful to use this in the shower or right after, while my skin is still soft.

Works if your consistent enough.

Decided to try due to calluses on both hands from crossfit -weightlifting. Great product which definitely removed the callus build up that caused pain and weakened my grip. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the callus tool is to use and necessary to take care of my hands too. The sand paper side helps with making the area smooth after removal of rough skin. I didn't experience any tearing or cuts. I like that its compact to stick in my pocket or any bag I am using too. Definitely recommended and makes for a great gift gym buddies.

I have tried a TON of ways to keep my calluses from ripping. The store bought pumice isn't strong enough and it gets gross quick. The metal shavers are not aggressive enough or if you use the blade they can go too deep. The Ultimate Precision Callus Remover for Hands is small and round and allows you to target exactly where the callus is. The tube is a good size to be able to hold it and comfortably control it. The first time I used the Ultimate Precision Callus Remover, I knocked all of my hand calluses down level with the surrounding skin on my palms. The next morning I was in the gym, and my hands no longer felt like they were one rep away from tearing. I now use it regularly. Great product!!

I’ve suffered with bleeding and ripping skin due to calluses forming from CrossFit. This is amazing. It’s a little expensive but I’ve tried everything else and this is the quickest tool I’ve found to fix my hands. It’s really strong, nicely designed. My hands feel so much better already. Very impressed and would recommend.

Bought this for my child who is a competitive tennis player--worked amazing on some callouses that were getting too big and ripping ! great item for the athlete's toolkit !!
