Lack of communication and lengthy delivery time
I was initially excited to receive my tire cover, as the overall fit and look are quite pleasing. However, the product arrived with minor damage. I immediately emailed the vendor with a picture of the damages, asking about the next steps for a return, but I have yet to receive a response.Another drawback is that the item took a long time to arrive, and now facing a potential replacement process adds to the frustration. While I like the appearance and fit, the lack of communication and lengthy delivery time significantly impacted my experience.
