Really nice
This is bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. Very pleased. Very stable. Seems like it will be durable for many years, even outside in the sun and elements. Great for towels, goggles, etc. very pleased with the purchase. Looks nice and “higher end” for the price point. Good value.

Great purchase
Easy to assemble. Perfect height for robes for hot tub and larger towels so they don't drag. Nice quality. Stays standing in strong winds. Recommend.

Parts may be missing.
Unfortunately a part was missing and the seller did not address the issue. But it was just the decorative top and is fully functional. Very sturdy with the base filled with water. Nothing fancy, but does the job.

Looks great!
Love this! Bronze color looks great, just wish the part that holds the pole to the base was not plastic. Does the job though. Stays upright, holds towels next to the pool.

Very well made. Perfect for lanai & poolside.
Well made, fair price and perfect functionality. Pretty easy to assemble 7-10 minutes, and no tools required. The "grab piece" will fit in the separate riser. Just pinch the bottom lip of grab piece with your fingers. And a big plus: included are clear assembly instructions.

Bad Customer Service
The holder seems fine but one of the cross bars was missing the correct part, there should be a female and male part to each crossbar and there was not. I have tried reaching out to the manufacturer’s customer service email without success. I may have to return the towel holder if I cannot get one replacement crossbar. This is a simple request and if I have to return it, I will end up purchasing from a different company because of my experience with this company.

Rusts quickly
the product looked good when I got it. It is sturdy and as advertised. However, the metal fasteners/screws are rusting already within 3 months. if they can supply better screws, it will be great product.
