Will this fit a 24 inch head?

This hat is One Size fits Most with some elastic drawcord adjustment. It should cover head circumference from 22-23 1/2 inches (size 7 to 7 1/2) Many of our customers with the 24-inch head are wearing them as well. If it doesn't work, you can always return it.
