Worth it to buy the protection plan!
Protection plan was definitely worth paying knowing that if something goes wrong or breaks that Asurion has your back. It was easy to file the claim and they are very easy to work with. Now to purchase a different machine.

CSR made it really easy and handled my claim perfectly. Tried the website but it kept throwing me off so I called and claim was settled fast.

They wont let you use a warranty
so i bought a portable washing machine it came damaged and once i tried replacing it through the 2 year warranty that i payed for the told me they dont cover the washing machine then i asked why they have the option to warranty it though there company and they said its policy that they dont cover it but they will charge you for it
