4 Years Going
I've had mine running for four years now with no issues. The video quality is very good and the wide angle cameras are great. I added four more cams for a total of eight. I'm in Central NY so these have been through some extreme weather ranging from below zero temps to high 90's. The only problem I had was with wires getting damaged during installation so I had to replace a couple. So far so good.

No help from Swann
What I Liked. After I got the system up and running l found it to be great for my home protection. While we were away for the winter we able to see inside and outside with very clear cameras and recording. Things went well for two years. On the third year just before we left for the winter the unit quit completely. I contacted Swnnn and found out quickly that you talk to a computer. This got me nowhere so I purchased another unit from Swann and installed it. Now the fun starts as I could not get it running. Because I already had a Swann system before I was unable to get the new system to work. Called Swanns computer again, however we did not get along at all. Computer said they do not get involved in the installation of their products, but they do provide information on professional installation of their product. The new system is already installed so I was sure it was a software issue.So found the answer quickly on YouTube and system is now working as it should. Once you buy it don’t expect help from Swann.

Not compatible with Iphone
Purchased this system had it installed. Used QR code to download load app. App requested location service, would never load. Apple support went over all settings. Other Apps needing location services were functioning. Support was nonexistent, tried to contact them only paid members could get a priority call, others were being referred to frequently asked questions. Don’t buy this system if you need any type of support . Customer service is truly a thing of the past with Swan

Great Value Kit
The system is very easy to install, it took me about an hour to do it. And the camera image quality is decent. I bought addition cameras for the extra channel and they also worked well. It can also connect to the Swann app which I can see everything from my phone. Overall it is a good quality kit with this price.
