Not as oily as some
Lovely smell. Love the roller ball for application. Thin and not greasy. A more oily product (like L'occitane shea cuticle oil) may be better if you have extremely dry cuticles.

Coupled with the cuticle serum, this is the best cuticle treatment I have ever had and I’ve tried practically every one I could find as well as treatments. I can honestly say that nothing has worked as well as this and I’ve been looking for over 25 years. Thank you Margaret Dabbs. Smells divine too.
