Would this work for a dent/scratch in an interior door?

If you want color the scratch I'd say yes. I would fill tvhe scratch/dent prior to coloring/

If I have a grey furniture, can I have to make the color myself?

Yes, you can mix and match any color with the 12 colors provided in this kit.
