This fit perfectly and installed very easily. It covered up that weird old box from my previous thermostat and made the sleek Nest device looks even better. Once we knew the Nest thermostat worked for us, we ordered this afterwards and had no problem removing and reattaching the Nest. Very pleased so far.

The hardware is perfect to cover for old square honewell thermostat. The plat is very good as well. It doent match exactly the snow thermostat in my eyes. Its not that off either it blends in if you have other while electric plates

This thermostat functions well. Easy to program on phone or unit. Display quality is excellent. I like the way it turns off if I leave the house. It is saving electricity and gas. I took pictures of the unit wiring which helped with installation. Turn off the ac circuit before hooking up the wires. It makes the thermostat look better.

My Nest was installed poorly by previous owner, with gaps and cracks showing around it. This plate was easy to install and make it look great. Just be sure to take a picture of wiring BEFORE you disconnect it.

This wall plate covered the hole left by the previous thermostat, but it stands off the wall a bit. It comes with some screws that are not explained particularly well. It is also unclear whether or not to use the included steel plate if you do not have an electrical box to install it on. I did use the steel plate as there was no other logical way to attach the wall plate itself.

You’re definitely gonna need this! Don’t skip it.

Othee face brackets are definetely nicer looking and quality, but why I bought rhos one, is it was the only one that came with a metal bracket. Thank you.
