Do you think this will work on neutralizing a skunk smell on a dog?

A lot of people say tomato juice for skunk spray, but I’ve studied skunks for 14 years, use 1 quart of hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda, and 2 teaspoons of dish soap. It neutralizes the smell.
