This took about 5 minutes to assemble. Pretty straightforward. I was surprised at the many ways to use it, I had only planned on doing tib exercises but found some additional ones on YouTube. Nice home equipment to have that doesn’t take up a ton of space.

Perfectly good functioning “tib bar” for doing tibialis raises. I was actually very impressed that it came with the nice clamp that holds the weights on. Those spring type clips work ok in some situations but not in this scenario. The construction is adequate, it’s not on par with Rogue fitness equipment or the like but honestly for just doing tib raises it is fine. You’re not going to be slamming this thing around with 315lbs. on it or anything. The pads seem durable enough to last for quite a while. I’ve only used it once so far but it worked perfectly. I’m excited to add this exercise to my routine, hopefully I’ll be dunking a basketball in no time, wish me luck :). Welds are crooked so the weights lean to one side more than the other. I can make it work, but it's not optimal. Should have paid more for better quality, but the price can't be beat. In this case, you get what you pay for.

Wanted a Tib bar for my flat bench to be able to be able to do some leg workouts.Only thing it has a plastic collar that hold on the weights. Seems to work fine for now, but don’t know how long it will last.It would have been nice if they had an additional screw in pipe that could use 1” weights also. I have a lot more extra 1” standard weights for my dumbbells that I would have rather used. Plus they cost a lost less than the 2” weights.Other than that it’s nice product.

I’ve played a lot of basketball and other sports in my life. Because of that my knees may have aged a little bit more quickly since I’ve started using this, I can already tell a difference. Search YouTube and you can find content that talks about how this works and why it can make a difference. this product is great and I do think it will improve my quality of life

It took few mins to install and I was able to use. I definitely recommend it.
