Drama of a very high quality
Julianna Margulies shines as Alicia Florrick who, after more than 10 years as a SAHM has to return to the workplace when her husband, a State Attorney, becomes embroiled in a sex scandal. Alicia now becomes the provider for herself and her two children and has to juggle her responsibility as a mother, the often challenging cases at the law firm, her ambiguous feelings about her cheating spouse and everything else that life throws at her. With a wonderful supporting cast - Josh Charles, Christine Baranski, Alan Cumming, Peter Noth and Archie Panjabi among others - this is drama of a very high quality.

Great series - great price - poor packaging
Great series - but a point off for maybe the worst DVD boxes I have ever seen! (the DVD are stacked two to a spindle)

Bingeworthy!
An absolutely superb TV series. Brilliantly told and acted, funny yet seriously gripping, it has legal courtroom antics to binge again and again. My law professor told our class it’s the best legal show on the go they had seen and I completely agree. Can’t wait to continue following Diane Lockhart and new characters in The Good Fight! As for the actual product; the discs played well with only two incidents of a quick flash but it didn’t disturb viewing in the grand scheme of things. The casing for the discs could be better, and bear in mind that there are 7 seasons of The Good Wife, this boxset contains seasons 1 - 6 only. I had to buy the last season separately.

I enjoyed it when it came out on tv. I was wanting to watch it again. So I decided to buy the box set and can view it when it suits.

Completely absorbing - 100% recommend
I just LOVE this wonderful long series about a female US lawyer who returns to legal practice because her famous husband lawyer has been imprisoned. She starts as an intern earning money to support her family. I look forward to nights alone when I can watch a couple of episodes . Each one has a legal drama as well as a continuing number of story lines about the different intrigues affecting the main characters . Foremost is how the wife deals with the humiliation of her husbands scandals and imprisonment and her own attraction to her boss amidst the continual challenging legal entanglements.

Une série très bien construite avec en fil rouge la vie familiale de l’héroïne. Le coffret regroupe les 7 saisons. Et une fois n'est pas coutume, le coffret est de très grande qualité! Séparé en deux blocs, un de 4 saisons, l'autre de 3. Ces blocs sont très résistants dans un plastique plutôt costaud. Rien à voir avec les coffrets en carton que l'on peut trouver pour d'autres séries et dont l'emballage est HS après 2 manipulations...

He estado viendo la serie, que compré completa, hasta llegar al número dos de la cuarta temporada: este disco tiene la parte central, el borde central del disco, irregular, deformada, de tal manera que el lector de dvds no lo puede leer. No se si habrá más discos en estas condiciones. Realmente es un total fastidio haber llegado a este punto y tener que dejar mi trabajo parado. Espero recibir la etiqueta y devolverlo y recibir otro ejemplar igual al comprado a la mayor brevedad posible

Me hubiese gustado que los subtitulos fueran en español, pero está bien, la serie está en inglés con subtitulos en inglés pero al tratar algunos temas de juicio y leyes, hay muchas palabras que no usas en la vida nor mal, pero bueno, aprendes.

Sehr gute Serie in dieser Ausgabe nur in Englisch mit verschiedenen skandinavischen Untertiteln, leider keine deutschen. Die Qualität ist auf dem Fernsehbildschirm deutlich besser als die Standard-Qualität bei der Übertragung durch Amazon Video (Prime).
