Any product like this is not going to leave 100% of people leaving 5 stars. You are right to be suspicious of it having so many 5 star reviews and no photos.

What makes this for women, as opposed to for anyone?

This lotion is Unisex, it doesn't have a specific gender. It simply works on any person :)

Been using MAËLYS for 2 months and really don't see a change, someone has used this cream and actually seen a difference?

I just started using this product and found that IT works better when you don’t use plastic wrap and a waist trainer. Also, although I did see results the cream actually turned my stomach a shade darker than my entire body, but you could definitely see a difference with the shrinking of stretch marks and my skin tightened dramatically around my naval area. So it definitely works I would just give it time
