This specific brand was recommended to me by a friend. I have purchased others and I agree that these are the best I've tried. The ring is shaped in a way that is comfortable for my throat, as compared to another brand that was curved too narrowly and squeezed my neck and made me uncomfortable. They always come with good insular bags. Use those in the freezer to protect your food from your neck grime. I wash mine with hand soap and water occasionally. Hot sweaty necks are gross! Great for travel in a hot car. We also use these for anxiety as putting cold temperatures on the neck is suggested for calming the vagus nerve.

Nice.little neck cooler. Soft, came in a insulated carry bag. Doesn't last long in 98 degrees about an hour. But it's quick to refreeze and reuse or just have 2 for quick couple hour outside jobs. Very soft and comfy. Will buy more.

A god send in the summer time. It's so helpful for keeping cool. I have pots and the heat sensitivity always kills me so having this around is sooo helpful. Especially when paired with a fan. I only wish it stayed cooler longer. It does freeze pretty quickly though so it's not a big deal.

I would give it higher stars but one of the two I ordered must have been a returned item because it was MISSING the insulated bag it's supposed to come with. I'm assuming this is an Amazon issue though because this is the 2nd product in 2 weeks that's been missing something :( As for the item, it is very nice to have to cool off, and it's certainly better than nothing, even if it doesn't last very long. Seems flexible and durable enough. I will need to test it on a hotter day to see is its totally worth the money.

I bought two and I wear them both to work. Even in the afternoon heat when it was 114 and the hot wind was blowing my body temperature stayed cool enough that I was not sweating. I only have to get to the train platform so these are not going to keep you cool for hours in a hot day. I could feel the heat on my skin but not internally. I also wear one to bed if I am feeling warm and I can rotate them during the night. They work great for my commute and sleep comfort but these will not keep you cool for hours in the heat. They are also small and made for smaller necks so if you are a man these probably will not fit. I have been using them for several months and they are holding up well with no leakage or smell.

This product is 3/4 of an inch diameter. It stays cold for about 15 minutes. It feels like it’s choking me when it’s around my neck and just overall it’s just cheap. Do not buy this item. It’s just a waste of money if they would’ve made it at least about an inch and a half in diameter larger so it could fit around your neck. It could cool you down over the course of an hour.

What a relief! I have MS and am constantly trying cooling products, especially in the brutal heat we have had lately. These neck cooling tubes are amazing! I keep in the freezer, put around my neck (even around the house) and IMMEDIATELY feel cooler. I think the neck location, shape of the product, and quick freezing all make this a winner!

Freezes relatively quickly and provides rapid relief. If you have MS or another autoimmune condition that causes Uhthoff's phenomenon, buy a few of these so you can always have one ready. I know some folks have said it only lasts half an hour, but I've had this one on working outside for an hour already. There is a melted layer, but the center is still solid and it's still helping me stay regulated. It's in the 90s now. Earlier, I didn't time how long it lasted in 101 degree heat, but it helped immensely.

This is amazing with my overheating at night I don’t wake up with melted ice in winter I leave it on my bed and it freezes it’s self because it gets so cold at night will definitely buy more.

I bought 1, after tried bought 2 more. This item saved me last summer.
