Overall a very good baby monitor. I love that it has both the option to connect via Bluetooth or via WiFi should we decide to go out for an evening but still want to check in. I also believe the picture quality is great and very clear. However, one thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t tilt downwards very much. So unless you set the camera as wall mounted, you’d have to find a way to place it in a tilted position to fully capture your baby on the camera. Additionally, after about nearly 10 months of use, it started malfunctioning with the camera making strange wiring sounds and continuously disconnecting from the parent unit. On the flip side though, customer service was very quick in responding and offering support. Brecy in particular was very helpful and swiftly arranged for a new replacement unit to arrive within 3 days since our monitor is still under warranty so this should hopefully last a long time. I’m grateful for how quickly Brecy resolved our problem and can say it’s one of the best customer support experiences I’ve had related to a product.

Couldn’t be more happy with this baby monitor and literally has everything I would want. The setup was easy and the app is super handy. The remote camera control is easy to use and useful to scan the room and follow baby movements. Smart monitoring is brilliant too and I love how the screen turns on only when there’s movement and sound- to preserve the battery but also catch your attention. I also like the cute design. Only downside is that there is a quite expensive subscription involved to replay videos and sounds. This is all a bit confusing and interrupts the experience.

Easy to set up and use. Good battery life on the monitor. Clear picture. Wide angle lens. Auto tracking is really handy especially as the camera can rotate 360°. Microphone is really sensitive and pick up small crystals without any delay.

We’ve been using the Boifun 2K WiFi Baby Monitor for over 15 months, and it has been an excellent addition to our home. The picture quality is crystal clear, both during the day and with night vision, and the combination of the phone app and 5-inch monitor gives us complete peace of mind. Features such as the 360° camera, auto-tracking, temperature and humidity monitoring, motion and sound detection, and smart night light have all been incredibly useful as our little one has grown. Unfortunately, after 15 months of use, the monitor stopped working. However, what really impressed me was Boifun’s customer service. Their team was incredibly helpful, courteous, and friendly throughout the process. They responded quickly, made everything straightforward, and shipped a replacement unit without delay. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands behind its products so well. While electronic devices can occasionally develop faults, the true test is how a company handles the situation, and Boifun exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with the support I received and would happily recommend both this baby monitor and the company behind it. Excellent product, excellent service, and complete peace of mind for parents.

Absolutely fantastic camera, works well in day and night mode. It has a very sensitive camera mic and can even pick up crying from downstairs, which is great. It can be linked to your mobile phone and the alerts from the camera come to there as well as live video and a lot of customisation including danger zones for windows and doors/stairgates that you can set yourself. I did have an unfortunate situation where the camera developed a small fault but after very quick diagnosis it was swapped out immediately by an advisor called Brecy and had the replacement in a couple of days, the faulty one could still be used but just emitted a slight ticking that was temporary resolved by turning down the volume until the replacement arrived.

This purchase was excellent for us, and I’m really glad we went with this company for two reasons. 1. Product - the product itself works so well. Used it for two years now for my child and love that the camera works on my phone and the monitor we bought. We have used it daily since we bought it and it’s been reliable with a very clear camera view. 2. Service - I had an issue with the monitor and their customer service was amazing. So quick to respond and arranged a replacement device for me too. They went above my expectations. We ended up buying two of their cameras, for my parents house too and would buy again if we needed it.

This is my second of this camera. I can’t complain. Clear image day and night and clear sound with lots of functions to change/edit for picture and volume etc . Really good vision when turning the camera for movement around the room. Option for phone app or monitor viewing. All super easy to set up. Occasional loss of signal on the monitor but comes back on within minutes.

Have been using this item for the past 3 months with our baby and can confirm we are very happy with it. Really clear image on the display, even at night. Great that you can also login to the app and view from your phone. The 360 rotation is fab so we sometimes use it if we leave the dogs at home and we can rotate to see where they are in the room. If you use the mic it sounds really clear. I'm sure there are more options we haven't used yet but I would highly recommend this product just on the simple features we've used. The only thing we find annoying (and not sure if there is somewhere in settings to turn it off but not found it yet!) is that when the alarm goes off to alert you the baby is crying, it silences the actual crying of the baby to just sound the alarm so you can't hear your baby cry for a few seconds (and this continues to repeat) which is frustrating. Other than that would recommend to anyone!

Molto utili le ninne nanne e l'interfono bidirezionale per tranquillizzare il bambino. Acquisto questo baby monitor perché si può collegare al'lapp e vedere il bambino/i anche da lavoro. Molto utile le funzioni di termometro e idrometro che ti permettono di sapere temperatura e umidità delle stanze. Ottima anche come telecamera di sicurezza (notifiche per rilevazione di movimento e suono, tracciamento del movimento e registrazione)

The monitor itself works very well, the camera quality is great both during daytime and night vision, and it helps us relax while keeping an eye on our baby from another room. Amazing customer service and a 2-year warranty! I ordered this back in January and recently my monitor stopped charging, even though the app was still working. I reached out to the company and they sent me a brand new monitor in under a week, completely free. Super impressed with how easy and fast they made the whole process! Also loving all the features and how clear the camera is! I can customize notifications so I get alerts if baby is moving, plus it sends a photo right to my phone. It has lights, white noise, and so many other features that make it so easy to use. Definitely one of my favourite baby purchases!

Within 5 months of using the monitor. It can't be turned on. When I tried to contact boifun they said that i need to tell amazon. And Amazon won't take responsibility they want me to contact boifun. This whole seesaw is a nightmare! And it's not even cheap...

Después de estar utilizando el producto un par de meses, va lo malo: -No pude activar la garantía de 3 años en México -Me dio miedo 2 días porque "detectaba movimiento" cuando no había nada moviéndose -Otras veces, no siempre detecta el movimiento de mi bebé la sensibilidad de los sensores se modifica si por alguna razón tienes que desconectar el dispositivo, es como si las funciones se reiniciaran y luego se me olvida reconfigurar -El sensor de llanto tampoco funciona siempre -La visión nocturna se activa y desactiva con poca luz y llega a ser un poco ruidoso cuando se está adaptando ya sea en el amanecer o atardecer. -La batería del monitor dura muy poco! Al día lo tengo que cargar 2 veces si lo he usado mucho -el modo de descanso a veces tarda en reaccionar con los sensores -Creo que por el precio, no esperaba tener tantos detalles. Lo bueno: -La calidad de la visión nocturna es bastante buena -La calidad del video en el monitor también es buenisima -Me encanta que la app y el monitor funcionan muy bien en conjunto y he resuelto muchos detalles desde la app -El diseño es lindo y si puede funcionar como lámpara de noche -No sé cómo pero aún sin señal de Wifi siguió funcionando (desconozco si sea una función) -El diseño es hermoso Para lo que lo necesitaba cumple, peeero por el precio, sí esperaba un poco de menos detalles con los sensores
