IMMI takes ramen to new heightd
I tried this product because of its ease of preparation and great nutritional value. The taste is different and takes some getting used to. (This is just like eating roasted chestnuts. First time around you may say ggggh, but then they grow on you and eventually you seek them out.) IMMI has a mild flavor, and it has substance, but is totally submissive to whatever you choose to add to it. One needs to visit IMMI to learn what condiments to use to garnish the ramen and add deliciousness to it. Unfortunately, the starving college student won't be able to afford this ramen as it is "kinda pricey". It provides controlled carbs with a good amount of fiber and protein and gives this not-a-braggin cook a good main meal of the day that is both filling and delicious. The variety of possibilities is endless. #GIMME IMME P.S. Hint: Try the #1 and #2 Variety packages.

Horrible. Do Not Buy
I thought this would be a more healthy alternative to the usual ramen packs. If I could actually eat it then it would be. It has good fiber, less carbs, less sodium, and good protein. Sound great but it is far from it. I opene the package and the serving size is very nice. I opened the seasoning package. It smelled bad. Thst shoud be a warning right there. I thought maybe it smelled one way and tatsed another. That is true but not in a good way. The broth tastes bad. It is similiar in smell and taste to the taste one gets form drinking from an airline heat liquids cup that you know has had old, overly strong coffee in it. The noddles has the consistency of ground up cardboard and the taste to match. Two mouthfulls and the noddle and I could not have any more. If this was a cheap purchase then it would just be fine but it is expensive. Save your money and just get the mama pa lo duck(only use half the seasoning packet to make it less salty).

It's okay
The noodles have a smokey, woody, grassy taste. They also have a distinct smell. The broth taste good enough. Overall if you absolutely can't have any carbs i.e. you're on a keto diet or you're diabetic and have high blood sugar and must have noodles this is a passable substitute.

Easy to alter
So I’m going to state the obvious first…. It is pricey, but what healthy, better-for-you alternative isn’t? And no, it doesn’t taste exactly like the cheap, unhealthy ramen you can buy at the gas station down the street. No one should expect that. I actually love the noodles. The soup mix is putrid…. It smells awful and it tastes even worse (I have tried both pork and creamy chicken and they’re both awful…. Chicken is slightly better). So I buy ramen broth/soup starter from Target or I just use the seasoning from the cheapo ramen. It works beautifully to flavor the noodles. I really like that there is a higher protein, lower carb option. So for me, I can switch out the broth/seasoning and make it taste wonderful.

Filled the Ramen Noodle keto gap
I have been on Keto/Lo carb for over 20 years. Ramen noodles is a product I really missed. These noodles are quick and easy to prepare and have a very similar texture to what I was missing. The pork flavor packet is OK, the others flavors were not good to not great; but, I found that using my own flavors, usually from the Better than Bouillon product line, worked great.

Do NOT order these!
We ignored the many, many negative reviews and went ahead and ordered. BIG mistake! Avoid this ramen at all costs. First of all, once cooked, the ramen has a strange green tinge to it & that's made even worse by the musty, moldy aroma. Secondly, the noodles have a wet cardboard texture and zero flavor (which is crazy for as high in sodium as they are!) This stuff is not cheap, so over $30 was wasted. Do you self a favor and stay away!

Healthier But Not Like Ramen
I’m trying to keep things in perspective here, given that each pack of this “ramen” is only 31 calories and 6g net carbs. But it tastes like it, too. The texture is all wrong for ramen, and the flavor isn’t there, either. I tried these out of the box, I even tried one of my favorite ways to dress them up with lots of additions. I’ll eat through the 6 pack I bought, but I won’t be buying more. For the price, which is about 10x the price of regular ramen, it is not worth having a meal I flat out do not enjoy. Was hopeful, but these really let me down.
