As a dog breeder in the past I have always used vet bedding. I've used many makes. This particular type is of excellent quality. I've purchased it for my cats to protect my sofa from scratches. And for them to have in the shed. I couldn't praise it high enough. When I used it in the past - and puppies had an accident the liquid would just drain straight to the bottom leaving the puppies laying on the dry part - so this might be also very helpful for older incontinent pets. It is very good for providing the pets with comfort - for long limbed dogs - or older dogs with achey joints. It holds warmth well. It's extremely easy to clean - wash in washing machine with no fabric conditioner to retain the vet bed properties. It dries very quickly. I used to purchase the original vet bed type of bedding but it was so expensive - this is much better price and just as good quality.

I've used this before but I bought it from my dog food supplier for a lot more money. I cut it in half, as half fits the hard plastic dog bed I have and two spaniels sleep in the bed together. So cheap as it is, it works out even cheaper when cut in half. It is a cosy product and washes well. I hoover mine too!! I wouldn't use anything else.

Amazing. I just cannot believe the quality and value for money of this pet bed. Dogs couldn't wait to use them. Ordered some more straight away they are so good. I work in a veterinary surgery and we pay five times this amount for the same product. Cannot say enough how pleased I am with this purchase. My elderly dogs seem warm happy and very content on their new beds. Thank you so much. Spent a fortune in the past on dog beds trying to give the dogs warmth and comfort but also being mindful to purchase a product that was easy to wash and dry. This pet bed really does everything I want.

Fantastic matting for any dog crate. This product is brilliant. Easy to cut to size and very hardwearing and I use it for the crate in the car. Warm and comfortable for my dog and easily cleaned / shaken out after it has dried out following a muddy or sandy (beach) walk.

Excellent dog bed. I have one of these for every room! They wash so well - like a rag! and I put one by the front door to collect muddy paw prints on the way in. The best thing about them is a) super comfortable b) mud stays at the top and the water dries off c) reasonable price. Really impressed. would buy again.

Arrived very quickly and turned out to be large enough to cut in half and still fit a large dog bed for a 45 kg doberman with a history of chewing his bedding. So far he seems to prefer sleeping on it rather than chewing it. It is fully washable and does not seem to fray. Ideal for my requirements.

This is the best vet bed I have bought - and we have bought quite a few over the years. This was bought for our youngest dog who chews virtually everything but this has so far not been touched. She is far too happy to snuggle down in it and has no problems now with going to bed. A very much less expensive bed than those on sale at Crufts. I would be very happy to recommend this seller to any of my friends. Many thanks.

It's very fluffy, which the puppy likes to try and eat (comes off at the drop of a hat). Also it has not grip on a wooden or tiled floor, so you're liable to slip on it if you're not careful.
