Petlife Vetbed Original for Dog/ Cat, 26 x 20-inch, White

Good quality and washable well worth the money

This is the best ever invention for dogs, most obviously as a mattress upon which to sleep but doubles as a blanket to lie on in the evenings, out of the bed / basket. Soft, warm and snuggly, your dog will likely head for his or her vet bed after a muddy, rainy walk but this is no problem as this clever, very long-lasting 'bed' absorbs dampness efficiently, pulling it through the soft grey upper to the green base layer so your dog is not irrotated by lying upon a damp mattress. The vet bed is very fluffy upon arrival but after one wash you will see its true texture - more 'straggly' though still as warm and snug. It will remain this texture and quality through subsequent washes. We wash ours every week and find 30 mins on the radiator dries it thoroughly. One of our vet beds has been with us the full year we have had our pup and is still in great condition despite having had wee, poo and sick on it during those early months. To summarise, this bed keeps your dog warm and dry through wet fur or 'accidents', it can be cut to size (so consider buying double the size if better value and making into two beds!) and can be washed at up to 90 degrees centigrade! Amazing!

A dense and warm fleece. Used it to line a shallow box and my cat loves it

This Vetbed arrived quickly and efficiently and is almost exactly what I wanted. Its one downside is that the backing is very slippery on tiles and the metal floor of the dog cage; the previous Vetbed had a more non-slip backing which was more appropriate for my needs.

I had to leave a review, I bought this for a guinea pig cage, have two males and they pee constantly, I had previously been using Carefresh but had to clean the whole cafe out every 2/3 days! It was supposed to be very absorbent but it was always soaking wet, even with puppy pads underneath! The Vet Bed is Amazing!!!! Two days later it's completely dry, removed the puppy pads underneath which absorbs the pee and they were soaking wet, took me 2 minutes to clean the cage, can now scoop up the poo instead of trying to pick it out of the Carefresh, two rolls cost me £30, one fits in the large rabbit cage which I use for the piggies, means I can swap when washing, can't recommend enough!!!

Super quality and great value

I bought this bedding for my cat as she is doubly incontinent. I was forever washing her bedding and waiting days for it to dry. This dries within hours! Perfect size to go in her plastic bed. I use it on top of a puppy pad aswell but the wee goes through to the bottom keeping her nice and dry throughout the night. I will be buying a couple more!

Lovely mat although you can only wash at 40 degrees, ours has been through just one wash already and already looks very worn!

Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Have two geriatric rabbits, who so far aren't showing mobility issues. But cut a large piece in half to put in each of their (indoor) "hidey boxes" to keep them warm and comfy in the winter. Have used this in the past with disability-immobilized rabbits, and it kept them comfy and dry. Machine washable. Well worth the wait for it to arrive from the UK!

This bed came quickly from England. It is very durable, washable and fits our kennel perfectly. our puppy loves it and sleeps so soundly. I’ve never had a puppy this happy in a kennel overnight.
