What size do I need for a ladies 4 shoe

You need size S and then you need to cut the inner sole along the line which is marked for size 4- They are really easy to cut providing your scissors are sharp. Hope this helps

Can these be cut down to fit a Uk size 3 shoe for women? Or are the size S too big?

I bought a size S and cut it down to a size 6. I can only just get them onto my Nike trainers! So I would say no unfortunately
