This works well for me
My sister introduced me to this spray and it seems to have stopped my snoring. The only downside is that the spray stings a bit when you use it.

It definitely makes a difference
I don't wake up unable to breath after 3 hrs because im congested anymore. It lasts about 5 hrs if it lasted 7 it would be 5 stars but 5 is still a great improvement for me

Das Spray hilft überhaupt nicht, es wurde sogar schlimmer. Auch nach längerer Nutzung keine Änderung, das Geld kann man sich sparen
