Beneficial for compulsive skin picking disorder when combined with professional counseling
I have had CSP for over 50 years, and have had many years of therapy to no avail. I read a medical article about NAC used in studies for compulsive skin pickers having much success. I had a year of specialized therapy for this while taking NAC and it has been life changing. Check with your primary care Dr first, but I definitely recommend counseling combined with NAC. It doesn’t smell or taste good, but I swallow I it behind a mouthful of food and it is easily tolerated and well worth the results.

This brand is consistently high quality and cost effective. I take them to help my lungs and also to detox from different drugs and treatments that I need to take for the rest of my life. NAC had been recommended to me by my doctor and I have been using it for years. It is a great supplement for just about everyone.

Aweful smell and taste
If you are sensitive to absolute stinky smells don't bother with this NAC...I actually threw it up....don't know what they put in their NAC but it ain't good...I've used other brands with absolutely ZERO odor...this was disgusting....and how convenient that it can't be returned! Do not waste your $$ on this sewer capsule.
