Simple, high quality epson salt. No perfumes or rough shaped salt. Dissolves quickly and works great for 20 minutes soak for muscles or aches.

This Epsom salt is great quality and dissolves quickly in warm water. I’ve been using it for baths after long days and it really helps me relax and soothe sore muscles. It has a clean, fresh feel with no strong overpowering scent. The bag is a good size and easy to reseal. Definitely a great value and I will be repurchasing.

I don’t which salt works the best, there are many to choose from, I just wanted something at a low price that was fragrance free. Do yourself a favor, soak your feet in Epson salt, it’s amazing, I never tried it
