Hair and skin have improved immensely. I had patches of dry skin and they are gone now. Like the taste and there have been no side effects.

Works Great but New Formula Not as Delicious
I have been taking these chews for about a year now and they have completely transformed my hair. I have so much new growth! I love them! They taste great (well...they used to before the newest batch). I'm hoping whatever formula change they recently had still works as well.

I must say, this product has had a positive, notable, long term effect on my nails. As a vegan, who works out and wants to maintain bone, and overall, health as I age, this has become my choice for collagen. It is cost effective in comparison to a brand I used to purchase and come in convenient, individually wrapped form. No high sodium like collagen powders. The chews are actually delicious and taste like tropical Now and Later candy. This is a treat for me! It is a staple in my daily supplements and offers fast results.

Great tasting, though a little firm when you start chewing, but softens quickly. Quality ingredients for collagen supplementation. Has additional vitamins as well.

Noticeable Progress
Too early to tell, but I do notice my nails and hair has started to rejuvenate. It's a plus that the soft chews are flavorful and easy to chew and digest.

Change in formula or QC
I've been using this product for years, and have been subscribed for Amazon auto-delivery for at least the last 18 months. The chews in the newest shipment (lot N303P, date 10/27) are a flatter shape, and have a different, far worse flavor. It's still labeled "tropical fruit" but there's something very unappetizing about it. It gives off a distinct smell that reminds me of Maalox. Skin, hair, nails look great, apart from the face I make when I open this container. :)
