Hike Support Insoles - Trim-To-Fit Comfort Orthotic Inserts for Hiking Boots or Shoes

I put about 500km into these insoles, including a 100km non stop hike. Superb support, very comfortable out the box, definitely recommend.

Well having tried a lot of different insoles I finally bit the bullet and got these superfeet trail comfort.befor these I got some normal trespass they are nice and soft but I found my feet ached and felt tired after 6 or 7 miles so I got some Granger's they felt bad from the start so binned them after a mile walk.the hard plastic cuts the soft padding right on the big toe ball.so took a deep breath and paid 36 quid for the superfeet the 1s I got were the D size but I'm at the lower end of it but what you do is buy the 1 that fits your foot not your boot it as to support your arch then you cut it to fit your boot after it fits your arch.id read reviews say you had to break them in so went for a few miles they felt great straight away and only got better my arch feels well supported and even feel like I get a bit of spring but that could just be me. They feet well in the heel cup I have very wide feet and boots were a special wide fitting model the insoles fit great so I would recommend I don't have flat feet but the extra arch support just helps my feet it's only 4 stars it would be 5 if they were a bit cheaper but that's just me been a tite git lol.

Can't recommend enough. Unlike some others, no need to trim to fit. Sold in real sizes and slipped into my hiking boots straight away. Initially they feel a little hard, but only when putting on the boots. Once I started walking - mmmmmm comfort - and great support. I've done over 150 km since of hard hiking and my feet love them. One thing to note - if buying for hiking, don't skimp on the socks. Pair these insoles with good socks (I love the Darn Tough brand) and you'll have good support for many many miles

I still got blisters but I don't think these were to blame. Did make a difference in comfort. Quite pricey.

I was a bit sceptical due to the price, but I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. Lived up to the hype

I bought a pair of these two years previous and they were great. This newer design is not worth it: the top fabric has come away, the plastic support has cracked and they seem to pick up odour very quickly.

I hike A-LOT (5-30km day/ruggad multi day etc), my feet are challenging to find good fitting footwear, constantly protesting and these make a world of difference! If you have only used insoles that come with $ hiking footwear it does take time to get your feet accommodated to them (wear around house for a few hours and start with shorter trails as they can make your feet sore at first)Make sure they are maxed out in the shoe-not your actual foot as I was previously professionally fitted on another brand and could feel the edge as my foot slid forward on downhill which is very annoying. If your arches are longer size up and cut them down. The added arch support I didn't realize I needed has made the challenging search for 'wide enough without being sloppy' shoes much easier as the support does not allow your foot/toe area to flatten and splay out as much (hard to explain, google it lol)I gravitate toward trail runners any chance I get regardless of being on the 'wet coast' i dont feel the need for ankle support and find boots are frustrating. Doing more winter trips i have acquired a few pairs of boots as they are clearly a better choice with snowshoes. Working on breaking in a new pair of Arc’teryx I found myself beyond sloppy... I swapped out the insoles and finally understood why they are marketed for stability as well (I didn't note much of a difference in the trail runners aside from improved fit and comfort but the boots I gained some major improvements in stability) highly recommend!I ordered a pair of these and the comfort insoles sized up in both and my husband has snagged a pair for his hunting boots before I cut them down and will not be returning as he's loving the improvement he didn't know he needed 😂 he preferred the comfort as he felt they took up less room in his boot but they both seem similar thickness looking at them. He also does not put them endless kms on that I do.To add, if I had to guess I have probably put over 250 bush km on my first pair and they still look and feel brand new, (I believe they are supposed to be replaced way more often but I don't see a need-photo has used pair shown) I only purchased a second to avoid moving them shoe to shoe! Hope that's helpful with making decisions to purchase!
