If I accidentally leave in grind mode and spark an arc mig welding, is there any protection?

Absolutely, All "auto darkening" helmets/lenses have a base shade level, typically around DIN 15. This lens offers a passive protection level of DIN 16. Even when using the grind mode for welding, you won't suffer radiation burns on your eyes because the lens blocks harmful UV and infrared radiation completely. The adjustable shades mainly enhance comfort and visibility of the weld pool, rather than providing additional protection. Therefore, those who criticize "cheapo auto-darkening helmets" as a risk to vision are simply unaware. You can cause/experience tremendous discomfort and spots, but that's no different than would happen from shining an incredibly bright LED flashlight into your eyes. That's not arc flash, it's just bright

How do I know what shade to use the helmet has 2 shade settings on the selector example 9/13？

This ARCCAPTAIN welding helmet has three different settings for shade. The “grind” setting is the same shade as when the auto-darkening feature is off. The “cutting” position is a, let’s say, mid tint, adjustable by maybe three shades and appropriate for cutting. The “welding” position is what you would typically use for stick, mig and tig.

How easy is it to find replacement lens' and are there supply issues for the lense?

After some digging around on internet and Amazon I’d have to say No.   The arc captain web site only sells the helmets, I found no replacement parts listed.  Amazon only offers universal lens.  Can’t even find the magnifying lens the hand book says is available.
