First Spring application (outside around foundation) seems to work well. Taking over from a company that charged $50/month - this is certainly less expensive at $30 for 32oz. Lots of dead roaches where we had never seen any before. Saw 2 silverfish inside. Used one gallon water + .75oz for foundation of 2500sqft 1 story home. I will probably spray more heavily next month (just do 1/2 house with that amount and wait 2 months after). No smell.

This product got rid of my flea problem very quickly!!! If I could give this product a thousand stars I would!!! I have 5 indoor cats and a colony of around 19 cats outside that I feed close to the house. My bad. I used the granules outside first and then I used the spray inside. I only sprayed around the cracks and corners and the top of my rugs and got under the rugs best as I could. I sprayed my house ONCE a week for 3 weeks while protecting my cats of course. I put my cats in the back room and sprayed the house waiting 2 HOURS for the product to dry then rotated my inside cats to the living room AFTER the product dried and I did this for 3 weeks to ensure that everything went well. It worked great!!! I had a flea problem for a year and now it’s been solved. I did get a prescription from the vet for the fleas on my cats. A MUST!!!!! Our flea problem is gone never to return again now that I have a real product that will SOLVE the problem if it ever occurs again!!! I have plenty left over for future use! This product is toxic to animals and humans so MAKE SURE that you wear a mask and gloves while using this product and MAKE SURE that you keep your animals away from this product as you are spraying and treating your home or any other place you are treating!!! This stuff works! My only issue with it is that when used over time in the same area (front door and trim areas) i noticed residue and siding). I sprayed heavily and periodically outside during Japanese beetle season this season due to a lot of rain. I was impressed with the how quickly and effectively the insects were killed. Wish out has a spray built in our price reflected the fact I have to go buy a sprayer to utilize. Overall, I will order again

Amazing stuff.... Works like whoa, little spritz and dead .... Dead bugs quick

All I can say is that this stuff really works! We were having issues with lots of Japanese beatles and spiders. I talked to a big guy at my job and he recommended this product. The directions are easy to follow when creating the mixture and then easy to apply with a sprayer. After spraying around the house and the garage, the next morning there were loads of dead bugs everywhere. I cleaned up the dead bugs and sprayed a second time and it took care of the rest of them. I then went inside and sprayed around the house, inside windows, doors, near vents, bathrooms and the opening to a crawl space. Man I man this thing takes care of business. There is a slight scent but nothing that is terrible or overpowering. The container came sealed with two seals and inner seal in the lid and the bottle was wrapped in plastic. So there was no issue with it being shipped, which I was initially concerned about. Overall, I would give this a 6 star rating if possible.

Seems to work good. I sprayed around the outside of the house. Seemed to nuke most every type of bug. Not sure how long it will last, but it's been over a month and still finding dead bugs. I used 1 oz/gallon.

What a great Pestacide! For sometime, I've had a problem with Elder bugs I couldn't get rid of for nothing. Once they started moving from the outside to the inside of my home, I knew I had to do something, plus I have bushes near my entrance that attract bees & nets. To resolve, I purchased a gallon sprayer & mixed measured amount of the product with water according to instructions, then I "stream" sprayed my entire home along the baseboards & basement area as well as outside lower foundation including, doors, porches. "Viola"! Within the week, if any were seen, they were for sure dead. Haven't noticed any hanging around my outside doors either. Will see soon how it does with the bees, since I also applied this to my bushes. Will buy again and again!
