Firstly, my cognitive function has improved. My memory seems sharper, I feel more alert, and I've noticed a boost in my concentration levels. The product is also excellent in supporting joint health. As a person who occasionally suffers from joint pain, the difference I feel is night and day. The pain has significantly decreased, allowing me to engage in physical activities with ease.

These capsules are not small but not huge either - like tiny mini oval capsules and easy for me to swallow but maybe not real seniors. I rebuy because they are IMO very good ingredients etc. No problems with them re digestion etc.

Suite à une émission médicale à la télévision, j'ai appris qu'il s'agit de deux molécules sénolytiques synergiques quand elles sont prises ensemble, et dont les premiers essais sur des souris arthrosiques ont montré une nette amélioration. Bien que n'étant pas une souris, avec une gélule matin et soir, j'ai pu retrouver une épaule fonctionnelle et indolore, alors même que je devais la faire opérer comme la première.
