Works Great
Overall it is better than expected. Very well made physically and electronically. I really like the Coffeeblack and the non-fingerprints back of the phone. Battery life is great. For light use like I usually do, it lasts more than 3 days. There is something in battery usage needs correction. It shows Mobile Network usage is over 200% while all the rest app is less than 10%. To me no single app should be large than 100%. Only the total of all apps should be 100% or little less.

Bad lens cover
Scratches all over lens cover after one month of use. Never had anything like this with older HTC phones. All pictures taken are affected by the scratches, blurry.

It's a nice decent phone
My girlfriend loves the fact that it charges so easily and the battery life is nice. Camera is great for snapchat. It came brand new with zero scratches and in the case with a charger. It is a bit on the bigger side compared to my last phone. Kind of hard to hold, but it makes up for that with the video being better. It's fast at surfing the web and has been working well.

Great phone, poor support.
I really, really like this phone. The battery lasts pretty darn long, the DP-over-USB-C connection is great, and the 12GB RAM is really great. Plenty of storage space plus expandable storage. I took a star off for 2 reasons: 1. The screen real estate is mostly rectangular but it has slightly-rounded edges that can cut off the corners of the screen image when the video matches the phone's aspect ratio. The other issue that crops up in that same situation is the camera has a pinhole cutout that takes a tiny circle out of the picture. It's not super annoying to me, but it's enough to mention it. 2. There is no support to speak of. It's a shame. You can visit the official HTC website and the latest phone they have in the U series is the U12 and the latest OS is Android 8.0 Oreo. That's an issue with HTC, not this phone, but it impacts this phone nonetheless. I'm currently having a technical issue and it would be nice to contact HTC for a possible fix, but there's no way I've found to actually contact them. It's not as much a flaw with the phone as it is with corporate network admins messing up enterprise WiFi and not testing it thoroughly.

good choice in US market
Works great. I thought it had the best specs for the price if youre in US. If they hadnt banned the redmi note phones on most networks here I would have got that tho.
