Could this be used as a teacher bag? Would it fit a laptop and multiple notebooks/planners?

I do not recommend this for a teachers bag. It is not high quality and will most likely rip after a short time.

How heavy can the stroller buckles load? will it tear？can a macbook air fit in it?

I put the daily baby stuffs in the bag. During a 2-day trip, I always hang my bag on stroller and have never seen such a durable material.
