Very good tape. Helped my wifes bad shoulder in no time. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is the tape does lose its stickiness so you end up with bits curling by the end of the day

Strapping for PF pain in my foot - definetly helps.
I am suffering from another bout of plantar fasciitis and trying every darned product out their for relief from the pain. Previous bouts, I hadn't used tape but though I'd give this a go. Got the beige so that it's not immediately obvious when wearing shoes, and I need to cut the strip to fit my foot but the relief I get from the strapping is great. The pre-cut sections are great as I can get enough to strap my foot from one piece - 2 anchor points and a strip for support. Great!

good tape if you're not allergic to the adhesive
The tape worked well but I had to go on to youtube to find how to fix it round my knee and having worn it for 48 hours, realised I was allergic to the adhesive and had a rash on my leg. Waste of money for me. Shame, as I think the tape would have been helpful.

Pre cut strips are easier to use. Good support
A friend suggested I use this for my Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis and I have to say it has helped tremendously. A little awkward to start but soon got the hand of it. I would recommend you wear socks in bed to help the tape not to roll. Great support and stays on for a couple of days. Recommend

Definitely try this!
This tape is brilliant. I was introduced to it by a therapist I use. I've been using it for plantar fasciitis and have found it to be a great help. The problem has really eased off and, hopefully, will have gone completely very soon. Definitely worth trying. it's very easy to apply and doesn't come adrift in the shower.

Good quality product, though I use it as a supplement to non-precut tape as pieces are not long enough for some body parts.

I was searching for a support for my plantar fasciitis when I came across this product. It's been brilliant. The easy year off strips mean I can apply it anywhere, it's tacky but doesn't leave my foot sticky when I remove it. I can shower with it on and most of all it does make a difference.
