They work fine. As for the washers/spacers being missing; the screws were redesigned to include a flange instead.

Works on Bachmann train cars.
These worked well on the Bachmann freight cars but the hole is a little large for Atlas bolsters. The pins are just too loose.

Didn't work for the cars I got them for because of not having the spacers shown in the pic.That's the only reason I bought this specific set.Oh well,at least they worked on other cars I had that didn't require the spacers
