Unit worked awesome last year. Was great to water all the plants n flowers. I forgot about it until mid summer this year after packing it away for winter. I used it today and it had leaked out of the swivel head. Just like all other junky shower heads. We will see it the company honors their warranty. Edit: Superb customer service. Changing back to 5 stars. They shipped me a new one for free and refunded my order to replace it. I really wanted to like this, but when it leaked immediately upon using it this year, I was pissed. Eventually I beat it off the ground. The mechanism that holds the swivel together is a singular screw. It looks like it loosened over time which caused the leak. But I see no way to get the plastic protector off to tighten the Philips screw. I highly recommend this wand. I bought it for the 18month warranty and the sturdy look it has. Both lived up to the name. However, the metal frame will bend if given enough force. 5/5 would buy again

I bought this wand after one I purchased at a big box store broke after only a couple months of use. Initial impressions were that this wand is well made and easy to use. It was packaged well and arrived fully intact. Upon first use, I noticed a small leak coming from the swivel head. I tightened the connection and that slowed it but I could see the leak was coming from inside the swivel connection. Inside the box was a card with an offer to extend the warranty to 5-years with registration. Instead of just returning it to Amazon for a replacement I decided to register the warranty and contact their customer support. They responded quickly, even though it was after hours on a Friday. I explained the situation and the rep asked for a picture or video. I provided a 1 second video and they responded immediately requesting my shipping address. Within a few days, the replacement arrived and did not have any leaks. This is how good customer service is supposed to work. Hats off to Restmo.

I am an avid gardener. This is the best watering wand I have ever used. Best design and various spray patterns work easily by a turn of the head. The length allows for easy reach onto plant beds, and the many various spray options are excellent. It is so very well made and will last. I purchased another for the back yard.

good length ,metal used on tube started getting pin holes and leaking from several spots after 1 season of use . Update 4/16/26 the company Restmo sent me a replacement so hopefully the metal tube is a better metal this time because i like the length and the different functions work really well .

This wand is easy to use and adjust spray patterns. Well-made and doesn't negatively impact your water pressure or volume. Do disconnect, drain, and store properly before freezing weather.

What is the point of having a zillion spray patterns for a watering wand, but no soaker option? You could I suppose slow down the flow with the adjuster lever but then it's barely above a trickle. I foolishly assumed since it has so many spray pattern options, that soaker would be one of them. Anyone who knows anything about gardening knows that in general, If you can water the roots without wetting the foliage, It's much better for the plant. Sure if you water in the morning and no it's going to be a hot summer day, that won't matter. But it's not always a hot summer day, and there's not always time in the morning or the afternoon. Spraying down all the leaves and stems of your plants makes you them run the risk of mold and disease. So... Even besides the fact it leaked and even besides the fact that the lever to adjust the water flow is not ergonomically sound, it would STILL get 1 star for the soaker fail alone. Oh, by the way, it leaked at the connector point. And the lever going sideways is stupid. The one I got to replace it you just flick your thumb up and down, which makes much more sense. Even if it had great build quality (it doesn't), was light as a feather (it's not), and I knew was going to last a long time (bad out of the box).... All of those still wouldn't offset the foolish design.

This wand is fantastic. The valve smoothly regulates flow, the various spray settings let you water plants far away, or with a gentle pattern. Even has a mister. Also it seems to allow full flow with little to no reduction in volume. Pricey but worth it. I’ll use it for years.

Arroser mes suspensions de fleurs sur crochets relevaient de l'exploit. Bonne longueur de 36 pouces et c'est l'idéal pour une petite personne. Pour l'instant tout est parfait , bonne circonférence identique de 5/8 de pouces de ma ose de jardin qui fait qu'il n'y a pas de fuite. Elle a plusieurs types de jets et se tourne par le haut et le bas !! La baguette est très légère et à une poignée qui ferme l'eau et contrôle le débit du jet . Bien sûr seul le temps répondra à la question ultime . La durabilité sera t-elle au rendez-vous ?? . Ma précédente (autre marque ) à durer 2 ans.

I have only used this wand once since receiving it, but it's great. Sturdy and well made. Package includes extra washer and mesh screen for future use. The only difficulty I have with it is that it's rather heavy, but I'm a small person, so others may not find this a problem.

Really good. Works quite well. Only drawback is the finish. Scratches off pretty quickly - but that doesn’t seem to affect the performance.
