I ordered this product over a month ago and have never receive it.. I e-mailed Little Family Members and explained that it was for a very sick family pet dog and could they resend it using a trackable service. Their response was have a refund as they don't use a trackable courier company for overseas deliveries...only USPS.Not impressed at all.
